new opportunity for a Project EnvironmentalScientist to join our Central Operations team in a full-time position at our Texarkana,TX office.Yourprimary responsibilities will include:

Performing field-based tasks suchas multi-media sampling; soil boring and monitoring well installations;lithologic logging; and aquifer testing.

Collecting and managing field andanalytical data from investigations. Interpreting hydrogeologicalinformation and developing conceptual site models (CSMs) for assessmentand remediation projects.

Writing technical reports.

Coordinating with contractors (e.g.,drillers and analytical laboratories) to support project-specificobjectives.

Communicating with ProjectManagers, team members and clients.

Mentoring junior staff andoverseeing preparation of their reports and calculations.

Required:

BS inGeology, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Minimumof 5 years of professional experience.

ProfessionalGeologist or Engineer designation, or ability to obtain registration, in therelevant jurisdiction(s).

Ability to perform field-based tasks.

Availability for overnight travel.

Strong technical and communication skills.

Preferred:

MSin Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field.

Experiencewith implementation of assessment, investigation, remediation and monitoringtasks related to environmental projects.

Experience in consulting

OSHA40-Hour HAZWOPER training.
