Qualifications and Skills:
Must have restaurant, casual dining, or restaurant operations experience
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
Requires a high school diploma. College degree strongly considered
Trains and practices Freddy's standards of quality, timeliness, and service
Strong oral, computer, and written communication skills
Organized, manages time efficiently, and shows good judgment
Corrects operational mistakes with a goal of satisfying the guest
Maintains cleanliness and maintenance of facility and equipment
Ability to analyze performance, opportunities, goals, and growth
