We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Grounds Keeper to join our team. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
As our Grounds Keeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our RV park. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Landscape Maintenance: Regular mowing and trimming of lawns; planting, weeding, and fertilizing flower beds and other landscaping features; watering and pruning trees and shrubs; general upkeep and maintenance of the park's extensive grounds.
Greenhouse Management: Overseeing the operation of our small greenhouse, including planting, nurturing, and maintaining healthy plant growth for use throughout the park. This includes monitoring environmental conditions and implementing necessary adjustments.
Waste Management: Maintaining a clean and litter-free environment throughout the RV park. This involves regular trash removal and general park cleanup.
Minor Maintenance: Performing minor maintenance tasks as needed, such as repairing fences, addressing minor plumbing issues, and other similar duties.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual who possesses a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in groundskeeping and landscape maintenance is preferred, along with knowledge of horticulture practices and the use of landscaping equipment.
