I am looking for help in my remodeling business. 3 to 5 yrs experience. Must be reliable and trustworthy, able to follow directions and good common sense. No 20 or 30 yrs exp. please, I have already been through that nightmare a couple of times. I may go through 20 people before finding one, it's not that I am that picky it is because a lot of people think this is a job for anyone, point being I am not going to start everyone that applies out at top pay, I have to see if you qualify for top pay first.
