Job Description:1.Must have good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems such as Windows 10 and knowledge of software applications.2.Knowledge and demonstrated expertise with the management and support of Microsoft Office, Office 365, and common productivity applications. 3.Awareness of commonly used Microsoft products and services Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, status actions items, respond to changing priorities, and react to short deadlines. 4.Perform on-site technical support/break-fix, repair, and installation of computer hardware and software5.Maintain and track stock inventory6.Respond to user inquiries, assess problems and issues with IT equipment and applications and help resolve these issues for users7.Participate in incident handling concerning desktop changes8.Participate in projects concerning bigger desktop changes, for example rollout of new antivirus or Win 10 upgrades etc9.Microsoft environment knowledge (desktop & laptop) 10.Have good technical understanding of the products building up a desktop service11.Experience from the desktop environment12.Understanding and experience of change management process13.Project positive attitude, Excellent customer service, written and oral skills. Self-motivated and goal driven, with the ability to multitask and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. 14.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors 15.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities: 1.To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue 2.To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time.3.To update worklogs and follow escalation process and process compliance.4.To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies 5.Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update, self-development, and management6.To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
