Required Experience & Skills:
  • eCommerce Product Manager who has worked in the areas of Homepage, search, PLP, PDP, etc. with a retail background
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced eCommerce environment
  • Proficient in the Agile/Scrum software development methodology.
  • Understanding of core web and database technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Solid command of BI tools to analyze complex data. SQL a plus
  • Passion for creative, resourceful problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate software projects with various engineering teams.
  • Results and metrics-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to write and communicate effectively to a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams - work prioritization, planning, and task delegation.
  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills and experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions and measure success.
  • High-integrity ambition to relentlessly pursue the best possible product and service
  • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, self-direct, and be flexible within a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
  • Design, create, lead, and manage new product development and project implementation, from inception to launch
  • Evaluate web and mobile functionality to improve sales, generate brand differentiation, and improve the customer experience.
  • Lead the process of making recommendations and setting technical requirements for overall functionality, new initiatives, and other enhancements.
  • Define requirements and objectives for new features and projects.
  • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to lead the design and definition of product features and to support implementation and execution.
  • Oversee individual projects to ensure vision/goals are maintained through development.
  • Measure product functionality and user acceptance – determining success, failure, and future improvements; conduct user analysis and research
  • Bring a data-driven approach, collaborating closely with engineering and marketing to create a brilliant user experience
  • Road-mapping and management of the eCommerce backlog – planning and leading sprints, release planning and execution
