- Comprehensive support of workstations, servers, lab instruments, peripherals, and software.
- Support network equipment and technologies (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Cabling).
- Active Directory, and Group Policies

- Provide IT consultation for business users in conjunction with external partners.
- Observe company safety & security guidelines.
- Document all processes and procedures as needed and share findings with peers.

- SCCM: image creation, deployment, management and supporting documentation/knowledge transfers, software packaging, deployment of security patches.
