Description:
The CRM and AX Solutions Developer will be responsible for the deployment, customization and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and AX in the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design, development, construction and maintenance of MS Dynamics CRM and AX installations and solutions.
Consults with Business Analysts and CRM/AX Application Support to refine needs.
Write custom code to add new features or enhance features of the MS Dynamics CRM and AX platforms.
Performs other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
Competencies Required:
Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM and AX.
Proficiency in installing and deploying CRM and AX Organizations.
Proficiency in customizing and creating CRM and AX related entities.
Proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes.
Proficiency in using the CRM SDK and/or plugin platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft .NET 3.5 development using C#.
Experience with the Team Foundation Server (TFS) source control management system and deployment environments.
Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
5 years’ experience with .NET software development, specifically around Microsoft Dynamics CRM and AX.
Experience with supporting Microsoft products (SQL Server, SharePoint, IIS, etc.) preferred.
Experience working on an agile development team preferred.
Formal Education & Certification:
Related Technology certifications such as MS Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and AX, preferred/./
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, computer science or related field, preferred.
Work Status:
Full-time.

0% - negligible amount of travel expected.
Working Conditions:
Conditions involve lifting no more than ten pounds, sitting most of the time, but may involve walking, moving, or standing for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying articles like files, ledgers, folders, etc.
