Comprehend and follow standard operating procedures associated with core functions (basic data entry processing)
Process documents that are rules based
Perform repeatable processing functions with upholding quality standards
Process documents in accordance with set timely standard measures
Interact and rely on team for questions and problem solving
Requirements:
Process/Generate documents and communications
Data entry
Knowledge of Defined Contributions preferred
Strong communication skills; written and verbal
Time management; ability to multi-task and prioritize daily work
Education:
High School Diploma
