We are accepting applications for the following position:Gaucho Chef ( Churrasqueiro I)We’re a highly-successful and GROWING full service, specialty restaurant concept, looking for talented people to join our culinary apprenticeship program, where you will learn the culinary tradition of Southern Brazilian Churrasco.In this role you will:
Season and grill special meats according to traditional Brazilian Churrasco recipes
Prepare, portion, serve and present food to guests using the rich, traditional style and methods of Southern Brazilian Churrasco
Represent and convey Brazilian gaucho culture and Churrasco-style food
This is a tipped position that provides excellent compensation, training and advancement opportunities.
