  • SCM experience in IT and Corporate Areas for E&P, Downstream or Engineering.
  • Proven maturity and seniority to coordinate SCM activities with SCM Central team and BU’s to obtain agreements and value dollars.
  • Review and agree the project contracting strategies, tender documents and bid award recommendations for initiatives as defined in the annual contracting plan (ACP).
  • Perform the tasks required by the Procurement and Contracts process for the files he/she has been assigned. Contracts and Purchases Order upload into SAP.
  • Collaborate in the monitoring and analysis of the area’s efficiency, providing the necessary information about the indicators. SCM Operating Model and follow up of the SCM Dashboard, identify deviations and propose actions.
  • Perform negotiations on matters he/she is responsible for, and collaborate in other negotiations, following current regulations and the defined procurement processes.
  • Resolve conflicts with awardee suppliers when any issues arise when delivering the service.
  • Identify improvement opportunities enabling the analysis of procurement activity.
  • Knowledge with the SCM Corporate Tools (SAP, ARIBA).
  • Owner of the SCM NORM, Procedure E&P, ensure the compliance from all the Business Units.
Responsibilities
  • Renewals and tenders for corporate contracts he/she will be assigned.
  • Renewals and tenders for IT (applications and Infrastructure) he/she has been assigned.
  • Negotiating existing contracts.
  • Perform transversal initiatives and contracts improvements.
  • Ariba Catalogues deployment.
  • Compliance with procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
  • SCM Degree or similar.
  • SAP and Ariba experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of recent experience in Contract Management in a leading (best practice performer) Oil Companies with focus on IT and Indirect Spend.
  • Proven track record of dealing with IT and corporate contracts, demonstrating knowledge of contractual, financial, commercial, and technical matters.
  • Essential ingredients of the successful candidate will be:
  • Organized person, strong negotiator, good communicator, team-player, planner, high level integrity and confidentiality, committed to performance measurement, continuous improvement and HSE.
