Services include comprehensive planning and advice, investment management, brokerage, private banking, estate planning strategies, trust, insurance and both individual and institutional retirement.Wealth Management (WM): Wealth Management business is a leading provider of financial services to high-net worth clients through Wells Fargo Private Bank, and to the affluent segment through partnerships between Wealth Brokerage Services and the Consumer Bank. In Wealth Management, clients are provided with a complete range of solutions to help them manage, preserve and transfer their wealth.Strategically grows the business and serves the clients of the Wealth Management group through delivery of differentiated specialty consulting. Collaborates with the WM Head of Family Dynamics, SeniorManaging Director(s), Regional Managing Directors and client-facing professionals to surface, prioritize and cultivate family dynamics consulting opportunities that enable business acquisition, business expansion or business retention in the following areas: legacy planning; leadership development and family governance; parenting amid affluence; family education; transition planning;philanthropy as a family endeavor; values clarification; communication; and/or the preparation of heirs. Directs the delivery of family dynamics services across the national WM footprint,including the delivery to clients of professional consultation and both the facilitative processes and specific tools designed to align with their stated objectives. Collaborates with the WM Head of Family Dynamics, other business leaders and appropriate client-facing professionals to identify appropriate internal and external marketing opportunities that directly and indirectly build the WM brand and highlight family dynamics consulting as a competitive differentiator. Develops and grows effective and collaborative internal partnerships with other WF practice groups in the service of achieving business goals.Flexible with location in Wealth Management offices in major hubs anywhere in the US. Preference for NE, SE and SW locations.Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: family dynamics, advising/managing high net worth individuals or families, or wealth planning (legacy, transition or philanthropy)

Desired Qualifications:

Certificate in Family Wealth Advising; Certified Family Coach; Financial Therapy Graduate Certificate

Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
