Drives development and execution of global Pressure Pumping Tubular Services strategy.

Manage existing product portfolio, profitability and Life Cycle.

Create profitable solutions to fulfil client needs.

Provides global technical support and review of critical Tubular Services job design, planning and evaluation.

Identify & manage R&D opportunities.

Evaluate strategic value of new product proposals (Opportunity Profiles).

Drive NPI and commercialization process.

Develop operational needs, product requirements and business case documents for new projects.

Manage product strategic marketing.

Verify and approve product development plans.

Responsible for determining and communicating global product and service pricing guidelines.

Participate in Stage Gate product and technology development teams, including documentation as required for gate meetings.

Create launch plans and associated sales and marketing materials for new products/services.

Understand competitor offerings and strategies; develop and maintain competitor capability matrix.

Monitor market, share and trends and recommend actions for improvements.

Contribute to market segmentation Tubular Services.

Interface between PL and Regions and Research and Engineering organizations.

Monitor and proactively maximize product utilization.

Develop internal and external networks; maintaining good working relationships with all internal and external customers.

Promote new products and services at locations around the world.

Participates in service quality reviews of Tubular Services incidents to capture lessons learned and implement as part of our global operating standards.

Represents the organization in outside discussions and technical forums through presentations and authorship of relevant papers as necessary.

Handles special projects, as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

10+ years of oil field service, including 3+ years of Profit & Loss, experience

5+ years’ leading and managing global teams

Self-driven and comfortable working in ambiguous environments

Demonstration of strong influencing skills

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Proven track record of being results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals.

Desired Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering or related field

Master’s degree

Experience in Tubular Services Product Management,

Proven track record in developing product strategy and vision

Knowledge of the best practice product management methodologies

Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
