Location: University Park, TX Description: Position: Manufacturing Operations Analyst 3
Location: San Antonio, TX Summary This position will support the Executive Fleet programs as a Manufacturing Operations Analyst. The successful candidate will develop solutions to a wide variety of complex manufacturing problems using established precedents and policies under general direction and supervision. A Lean methodology mindset is required to resolve shop floor constraints, research manufacturing plans and coordinate with manufacturing managers to ensure successful project completions. • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. • Analyzes and interprets data. Provides feedback on assessment results. • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes. • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans. • Works under general direction. Some positions may also be rotating shifts BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): • 3+ years in a manufacturing or operations environment. • Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • 3+ years of experience developing and executing strategies to meet organization objectives. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): • 3+ years of experience do you have gathering data and developing presentations using that data in PowerPoint. • Education / Experience: Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
