Job Description
To welcome and engage in conversation with every store visitor
Ensure tiptop product knowledge and understanding of the brand at all times in order to portray our culture and deliver expertise to our customers
Consistently provide helpful and informed service
Aid customers with their selections and provide honest opinions and styling advice when required
Process cash and card transactions
Assist customers with processing orders
Uphold our Core Values and adhere to our Sales Policy
Qualifications
Recommendations and Requirements:We recommend all applicants have 1+ year of customer-oriented experiences such as retail sales, customer service, hospitality or similar, but we will consider all levels of education and experience.
We want to hear from you as long as:You're at least 18 years of age since you'll be signing binding documents
You're willing to work hard and expand your comfort zones as you learn
You're comfortable working independently and as part of a team
You have a positive outlook and are able to take accountability
Additional Information
The Package:Basic: $40,000 with company bonus
