Job Description
Job Purpose: The Warehouse/Receiving – Inventory Auditor Specialist is responsible for keeping records of all products shipped and received in the warehouse. They assist in loading, unloading and packing goods, develop mailing labels – shipping documents and ensure that orders are filled correctly. . Summary of Essential Job Duties:- Preforming unpacking of shipment delivers
- Preparing shipping documents
- Work with Accounting Department on Inventory Reports for performing inventory counts
- Maintaining records of incoming and outgoing product
- Oversight and responsibility for inventory cycle counts
- Creating mailing labels
- Unload and load trucks when necessary, safely and efficiently using company provided equipment and/or manually in accordance with company procedures
- Expertise in all product lines understanding how it should be stored, handled, packaged and shipped
- Maintain a safe and neat work area, warehouse in accordance with OSHA and other regulatory agencies
- Assisting peers with duties as needed in back office and warehouse
- Other and additional duties as assigned
- High attention to detail

- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to do basic Math
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks – lifting and bending
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
- Working use of Navision and/or ERP System
- Ability to use a computer, Microsoft Office Suite, i.e. Word and Excel and good telephone etiquette
- High School Diploma and/or GED
- 2 or more years’ experience in a warehouse environment
