Job Description
Credit Union in Fort Worth has an immediate opportunity for a Teller / Member Service Representative to assist members in the lobby, drive-thru and via telephone with teller transactions, new accounts and account maintenance.The Teller / MSR will assist members with:
- Verify cash deposits & orders
- Order/Stock Cash Vault
- Open & Close Accounts
- Answer Phones
- Member Certificates (CDs)
- ECM payments (electronic payments)
- Order Checks
- Order Debit Cards
- Debit Card disputes
- Process VISA payments
- Money Orders, Gift Cards
- Balance & Maintain Vault
- Title Releases
- Check Review/Remote Deposit Capture
Qualifications
3 years related experience in a credit union or bank. Exceptional member service skills.
