Want to work with an Awesome firm? Global Manufacturer is looking for interested and qualified applicants to review construction project documents, plans/specifications, and online news services to generate leads, qualify and nurture opportunities for sale of its next generation building products. Applicants should have some experience in construction industry and comfortable with talking to people on the phone. This is more business development than sales, you are not expected to close anything. The role involves communicating with contractors and architects, doing a high level assessment of quantities and nurturing of warm leads to a qualified status to hand off to a national sales team for closing. Take-off, project management, or estimating experience a definite plus . Home-based with flexible work schedule. Should have working knowledge of CRM applications for call notes, excellent organization, communication and follow-up skills. Full or part time.
