Nature & Objective: Will work daily on customer balances related to oil purchases and sales as well as receivables generated from service revenue. This position will also assist with tracking inventory in and out of our Waco, Tyler & San Antonio locations.

Position Qualification: An all around team player a MUST AA degree or 5-7 years of qualifying work experience Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal & written form Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel Pleasant disposition, neat and business professional appearance 10 Key proficient

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Answering the phone Assisting customers with questions and research customer billing issues Prepare and mail customer invoices and monthly statements Preparation of customer payments or assist with customer collections depending on the oil market Assist in inventory tracking.
