Phone person needed for rapidly growing cutting edge law firm specializing in bankruptcy
We are seeking in collections and/or sales who is self motivated and can communicate clearly. Experience with the Bankruptcy a plus.

Responsibilities
Handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Maintain a warm personality & build relationships this is not a strong selling position, this is a relationship building position
Receive payments from clients in person and over the phone
Some Saturday work may be required.
Data entry is an essential part of our firm.
o Will be working with Client Relationship Management software daily and maintaining good notes
Self reporting weekly will be required

Must be able to
o Listen and relate to clients while maintaining the highest customer service possible
o Type, while on the phone.
o Know how to operate basic computer functions.
o Treat clients as if they are the most important person on earth!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team player.
Self-motivated and must take initiative.
Goal oriented
We have a very professional environment with no toleration for slackers or whiners.
Timeliness is vital.
Work Environment
Estimated 20+ hours/week. Will consider both part time and full time applicants
Typical professional office environment.
Normal Hours of operation:
(8:30-5:30) Monday-Friday
Dress is business casual.
Pay
This is an hourly position.
There are no benefits, paid vacations or health insurance.
