Join our field operations team as a Erosion Control Service Technician Crew Leader responsible for the field supervision of technician crew members. Crew Leaders supervise and assist their team members to properly install erosion controls, trouble shoot maintenance of building, grounds and equipment. This position is responsible for assisting the Field Service Manager with inventory of supplies, erosion control materials and receiving, supervising pre-trip and post-trip procedures, and serves as a customer service representative for field operations. Barron Environmental Service and Technologies dba B.E.S.T. needs a mature and dependable candidate for this position. We are seeking a candidate for a position currently open. This is a full-time position requiring dependability, promptness, good physical abilities and can work in outdoor conditions. Applicants must have a valid Drivers License. We are seeking a candidate with some supervisory experience at any level in general construction. We will provide on the job training and support for the qualified applicant we hire. Company incentive program available upon successful completion of on-job training program and qualification. Opportunity for pay increase and advancement is based upon job performance reviews after 3 months in this Crew Lead position.
