Will manage and operate one or more housing developments. Responsibilities include the office remains in compliance with HUD regulations. Will also manage the collections of rent deposits, bank balances, collection records, and prepares required computer-generated management reports.
Starting pay: $21hr
Additionally, manager will perform annual and interim recertification of residents and will perform move-in/out inspections as needed.
Qualifications: Associate Degree or better with experience in an administrative capacity including the ability to deal effectively with people with tact and diplomacy. Some knowledge of bookkeeping and Microsoft Office products.
