Assistant Department Manager
Retail Operations
Large Specialty Retail is looking to hire or train an Assistant Department Manager. The right person could even advance further.
This is a super opportunity for someone wanting to upgrade their career. Management with strong motivational skills and experience needed. This is very much a hands-on position.
Starting pay: $12/hr and up depending on past or management experience
Assist Managers typically come close to doubling that once youve been reviewed on leadership abilities.

Job Duties and Responsibility include but not limited to:
Scheduling shifts
Cash Responsibilities
Product appearance on shelves
Inventory levels to keep shelves stocked
Customer Service enhancement
Cleanliness and Presentation
Rotating Shift Availability
Product Reorder Reports
The ideal candidates might come from Retail, Convenience Stores, Assistant Store Managers, Team Management, or other positions where management, supervisory, or lead skills were utilized.
