Collision Parts Coordinator is needed for a well-known dealership in the Waco area.
Job Duties:
Assist collision center estimators with acquiring the required and correct parts.
Distribution of parts to the body technicians.
Inspection of each part received for accuracy, quality and damage and mirror match to old parts.
Responsible for returning all unused parts. Keep current on new products and product updates
Determine availability for out-of-stock parts and secure approval for special and/or emergency orders.
Obtain time requirements from technicians and estimators to ensure customer time frames are met for vehicle deliveries
Data entry skills are important to utilize a computer for parts entry and linking of parts numbers in the accounting system.
