Position Overview
As a Retail Sales Representative, you must be self-motivated and results driven, committed to creating the best possible experience for our customers. A positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn about our wide range of Sprint products is key to your success. As a Retail Sales Representative, you are the face of our company and the most important position when it comes to generating sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Employee can opt into advance pay for hours worked/earned. Pay days are semi-monthly but you can opt to advance your hours worked the very next day.

Required Qualifications:
Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
At least 18 years of age
Reliable and dependable transportation
Enthusiasm and high energy
Background check required
1+ year customer-facing sales experience. (wireless experience is NOT required)
