Semi-Trailer Big Box is looking for Entry-level to Mid-level Inside Sales Professionals interested in growing to $100k+ incomes to join our team. We are a growing B2B Equipment Truck & Trailer Sales Company operating in the very fast paced and aggressive transportation and storage industries. Our business is buying and selling used transportation equipment including Day Cab Trucks, Yard Mules, Dry Vans & Other Trailers. We have been selling equipment and solving customer problems since 1991. Position Summary:Our growing company is seeking a highly motivated and positive individual with great organizational and communication skills to join our sales team as a trainee. A successful Equipment Sales Manager in our company is an astute communicator and an efficient problem solver. Major Objectives:
Learn full responsibility for creating profits through selling of equipment.
You are a Marketer and a Seller
You are a true Business Development Manager - Equipment Sales Manager
You manage a specific equipment product - Dry Vans - Yard Mules - Etc.
You will be dealing Nationwide
You will work with Dealers as well as end users
You will work on 1 units deals all the way to national fleet transactions
You will analyze and stay on top of market trends and conditions.
You will research, inspect, and assess equipment to determine values
You will do physical inspection of equipment.
You will develop & coordinate Marketing Campaigns with our marketing department
You will coordinate with the operations department to facilitate logistics
You will call on and consult with dealers, leasing companies, trucking companies, etc
You will take a problem solving approach with all of our accounts.
You will establish new relationships & servicing existing customers.
You will have knowledge and interest in equipment and equipment markets
You will communicate both verbally and written with attention to details.
You will be a strong team player with a energetic, positive approach.
You will be a professional with a good work ethic.
You will be career committed to being a six figure earner.

Preferred:
1-3 years of small-medium business and/or general sales experience preferred
Vehicle Dealership experience is a plus as we buy and sell trucks and trailers
Transportation, Logistics or Storage solutions industry experience is a plus
Salary and Benefits:
Base $35k (paid weekly)
8 Paid Holidays per year
15 Paid Days Off per year, in addition to Holidays
