Position Summary

Sales associates answer incoming calls and work to sell prospective customers products and services. Theywill need toanswer customer questions and address concerns, so theyshould be enthusiastic about Christian Brothers Automotive. They willuse some scripts but are able to improvise when needed to build customer relationships and answer questions.

A good candidateis aexcellent communicatorwho ispersuasive yet patient. They need working knowledge of relevant computer programs to record, update and backup sometimes sensitive information. Successful sales associates are reliable, responsible and organized. They are team players who want to boost the morale of those around them. They also need good business skills to complete forms and create detailed files for each customer.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Present the best solution to properly repair our customer’s vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand.
  • Possess the ability to consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.
  • Possess the ability to workwith a Windows PC.
  • Love your neighbor as yourself.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times.
  • Use the phone in a professional manner, always with the intention of creating a long term relationship between the store, yourself and the customer.
  • Prepare business goals for each year.
  • To act in a professional manner suitable as to represent a quality organization with which you are employed, always and in every instance projecting an attitude of honesty and integrity.
  • Assist other employees as needed.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processes
  • Greet incoming guests and checking them in and out of our system
  • Coordinate and provide shuttle services as needed
  • Build repair tickets (source parts and labor time)
  • Explain automotive repair needs to our customers

Qualifications

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and customers
  • Strong computer skills
  • Outspoken, friendly, customer focused attitude required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with superior attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to work

    Monday – Friday,7am – 6pm
