BIM Consultant Location: Westlake, TX Technical Requirements Primary Skills & Core Responsibilities:
- BIM -360 Implementation & BIM modules integration
- Rich experience of point cloud modelling in Autodesk Revit to create architectural models.
- Leading and managing BIM projects with delivery accountability.
- Responsible for liaising with BIM Manager, coordinator and at times directly with the delivery teams to identify and resolve problems that arise.
- Proven competency in supporting BIM issues.
- Collaborate and lead the team towards common goals with long-term team development responsibility.
- Follower of best practices and industry standards to ensure that the BIM-adapted software is used in the best possible way.
- Review 3D Models from consultants and contractors.
- Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage.
- Coordinate MEP Services.
- Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit.
- Hold weekly coordination meetings with project team members.
- Manage / Update BIM Project Documents.
