- Developing in-depth knowledge of the product and business domain
- Actively participating in backlog refinement, planning sessions, daily scrums, retrospectives, and any other team events
- Contribute to research, solution, and design sessions
- Promoting process-improvements to improve the Teams’ velocity
- Ensuring high quality deliverables to production
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent training and experience
- 6+ years software Quality Assurance experience - functional testing, service tier, and database testing (strong SQL knowledge is required)
- 2+ years working in an Agile/Scrum/Lean environment
- Experience working in financial services industry is preferred
- Experience working as part of an Agile Team and related tools
- Confidence to clearly communicate issues as appropriate
- Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and change to meet the needs of a changing environment
