DescriptionA client of ours in the risk management and asset protection software and services industry is looking for Inside Sales Representatives to join their growing team in Westlake. In this Inside Sales role you will be responsible for selling a subscription that serves thousands of automotive technicians and shop owners in the United States. This position is a Direct full-time position. Most successful candidates work 5-8 hours of overtime a week. Our client offer a competitive package:
40K base with paid over time
Uncapped bonus potential
New employees are paid guatanteed bonus for 3 months
Average annual compensation is $77K with the target of $80 to $90K

Outbound cold calling phone sales experience
Pipeline management with consistent follow-up
Demonstrated learning aptitude – ability to absorb and apply extensive industry and product knowledge to customers
Willing to be adaptable to the business needs, when the business dictates the requirement or change
Goal oriented, focused on achieving/exceeding expected results while exercising initiative
Confident yet coachable with feedback from trainers and managers
Strong customer focus—dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers and acts with customer in mind
Ability to manage multiple functions at the same time, while being able to deliver in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Hunter mentality and the ability to be resilient
Technically proficient
SalesForce.com experience preferred
SaaS platform sales with short sales cycle (1-2 weeks) preferred
