The candidate will be engaged in ensuring the operational stability of the Mainframe & Distributed Applications and will participate in system monitoring, installing fixes, Level 2 Problem Analysis, Incident troubleshooting and resolution, problem management, and ensuring operational standards adherence.

Key Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic/practical experience
6+ years of IT industry experience with Mainframe production support experience
Requires strong background on COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, MVS, Endeavor ISPF, TSO, Control-M, and basic IBM utilities
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting RESTful Web Services with Java technologies at application level is REQUIRED
Good understanding of the financial services industry
