  • AT least 6 years of experience in Agile, specifically in Scrum methodology
  • Must have experience in release management process
  • Should have good understanding of agile matrices – Burn down, Velocity, Scrum predictability, Story throughput variance and Feature cycle time
  • Assist development teams break down business objectives into Epics, Features and Stories to deliver incremental product
  • Should have at least one Scrum certification
  • Help Product Owners create product roadmap and define release plan by identifying cross functional dependencies
  • Should have worked in an Onsite-Offshore global delivery model
