Job Description:As an Onshore Testing lead, 1. you are responsible for managing a small team of testers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Delivery/Maintenence/Testing).2. You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology/industry domain/a process / application / product.3. You are responsible for functional/technical track of a project.4. You are responsible for preparing & executing test cases.5. Good knowledge of JIRA.6. Coordination with offshore team7. Collecting and transmitting requirements to offshore in detail after discussions with SMEs8. Daily status reporting to customer9. Good knowledge of MF tools - Changeman, SOATest.10. Good understanding of DB2/SQL.
