- PCF knowledge and/or certification will be added advantage
- Communicate with development teams to confirm requirements
- Strong UI designing ability
- Should have experience on handling at least 3 to 4 member team
- Manage End-to-End Support and development activates
- User Ticket management
- Participate in daily calls
- Implement best practices
