Position ID : 238832 Role: Test Lead Location: Westlake, CO, USA Who are we looking for? Full stack lead having strong hands-on experience in testing Rich Web Applications using AngularJS, Java, Spring tool stack in Agile development environment. Must have good experience in leading a offshore development team based out of India. Must have prior experience in a customer facing role. Technical Skills: Must have good understanding of API and UI testing using test automation Java/Selenium and desktop UI automation testing Prefer knowledge of Ruby Development of automation test frameworks Good knowledge and experience in Agile Development including BDD Process Skills: Thorough understanding of agile development methodology Very good understanding of manual and test automation process Behavioral Skills: Team player rather than an individual contributor At least 2 years of team leading experience including; -lead a team of 4 - 10 resources at offshore -able to work directly with customer stakeholders at onsite -able to communicate clearly in oral and writing -identify risks, plan mitigation -escalate on time to customers and leaders -good in prioritizing work and time management -able to delegate work and get done with quality -good problem solving skills, able to think out of the box Qualification: 8+ years of hands-on experience in web application testing using automation in agile env Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college About the practice/ Project: This is project where team is developing web and desktop Applications.
