- Ensure that all implementation projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within contractual budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives; involving all relevant internal/external stakeholders, while ensuring technical feasibility based on client use case needs
- Own client-facing projects as team lead and project manager
- Serve as hub of communication, translating data concepts, healthcare industry, and software language between stakeholders of each discipline both internally and externally
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and communicate appropriately to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Vendor Management and Data teams to ensure proper data and mapping requirements are received and executed for application configuration
- Report and escalate all issues and risks to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Walk client through user acceptance testing via application walk thru
- Manage all implementation tasks including (but not limited to) Client Kick-off calls, weekly implementation calls, breakout sessions (as needed), Data/IT Management discussions and review, UAT review and all project go-live tasks
- Experience with Healthcare industry - Population Health Management, Medical Claims Process end to end
- Experience with SaaS environment products or projects
- Strong knowledge of technical concepts to provide guidance with implementation and solutions
- Data analytics experience - work drawing meaningful/strategic insights from technical data sets
