Texoma-based Automotive Dealership Group is looking for Full-Time Service Advisors
Candidates must have automotive dealership experience!
Responsibilities:
Greet customers when they arrive at the parts and service center and secure current mileage and VIN. Review appointment and offer additional services that may be needed
Schedule appointments with customers
Create accurate Repair Orders with all necessary customer contact information and confirm preferred method of contact
Present a service menu of recommended maintenance services due on every vehicle
Consult with technicians about necessary repairs and possible alternatives
Provide customers with in-depth information about available aftermarket and OEM (original equipment manufacturer) part options
Answer customer questions about service needs
Contact customers in timely manner when vehicles are ready for pick up
Provide exceptional customer service and secure target goals for CSI (Customer Service Index) scores
Meet or exceed sales objectives established by leadership team
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive dealership environment
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant software applications: Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel
Creative problem solving abilities
Professional appearance with reliable work ethic
Consistent and stable work history
Maintain certification as designated by the manufacturer
Valid driver's license
