We have representatives in all 50 states and Puerto Rico in order to complete property inspections and field reports for banks, credit unions and finance companies.
Responsibility:
Travel locally to designated locations and document condition of property and leave letters to debtors that ask them to contact their finance company
If unable to contact debtor, you will attempt to verify an address is still valid
Take digital photos of damaged collateral / address
Requirements:
Transportation / Car with full auto liability insurance coverage
Cell phone / preferably one with email
Computer with internet access
Digital camera or smartphone with camera with clear resolution
Compensation is based on the number of field visits completed. Assignments pay $25 and most can be completed in less than 10 minutes.
