Haley Residential is seeking to add 2 talented Maintenance Technicians to the Arbor Creek Apartment Community maintenance team. The maintenance team works together to maintain the physical integrity of the apartment community, ensuring our residents comfort & safety. This position requires:
- Mechanical aptitude to diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance and repair such as: painting/make ready, electrical, plumbing, AC, heating, appliances, etc. Prior maintenance experience in the apartment industry is preferred.
- HVAC experience preferred.
- Desire to provide responsive, courteous service to residents.
- State drivers license, working vehicle for use during business hours and proof of liability insurance.
- Ability to rotate on-call some weekends to ensure that residents emergencies are handled in a timely manner.
- Ability to provide personal hand tools for your use at work.
