I'm an Owner Operator leased to a very well established company. I'm looking for a few drivers to work in the Carlsbad NM area and eventually will have the option to work in the OKC area.
If you are not local to your work area, I will provide housing free of cost.
This position requires 2 years of driving experience, and 1 year of tanker experience.
Hazmat & Tanker endorsement is required.
Pay Scale: (Completed Loads Per Week)
0-5 - 21%
6-10 - 25%
11-15 - 27%
16-19- 30%
20-23 -32%
24-27 - 33%
28-30 -34%
31+ - 35%
Benefits
Driver Only - $50.00 per week deduction.
Health, dental, vision, short term disability, life insurance.
Driver & Spouse - $100.00 per week deduction. Health, dental, vision, short term disability, life insurance.
Bonuses:
Quarterly-
$500.00 per quarter if you maintain an average of 100 loads completed monthly for the quarter.
Weekly -
$75.00 per week if 30 loads are completed.
Yearly -
$1500 per year if you complete 1,050 loads.
Perks-
After 6 months driver will receive 1 week paid vacation. Vacation will be paid out at $20.00 per hour for a 40 hours.
