Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services is seeking an Associate Systems Software Analyst; this position will allow for a virtual arrangement.Job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:- Analyze, enhance, install, test, and modify enterprise-wide operating systems for both new and existing systems.
- Develop requirements, workflow, and systems analysis.
- Correct program errors, prepare operating instructions, compile documentation of program development, and analyze system capabilities.
- Establish standards for the development and maintenance of new and existing products.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a similar field.
- The selected candidate will be required to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance within a period of time as determined by customer and/or program requirements; maintaining the required security clearance will be a condition of continued employment. US Citizenship will be required.
- The selected candidate may be required to obtain a Special Access Programs (SAP/SAR) clearance, depending on customer and/or program requirements; maintaining SAP/SAR will be a condition of continued employment.
- Knowledge of software verification processes and techniques, test reporting, regression testing, and test data analysis.
- The selected candidate will be required to analyze and validate the performance and validity of interfaces and supporting system software to specified system requirements.
- Knowledge of Solumina or Costpoint MES applications.
- JAVA software development experience.
- Strong problem solving skills
- Basic SQL and Apache tomcat knowledge is a plus
- Development of action plans based on data analysis.
- Current DoD Secret security clearance.
