Director of CRM (Customer Relationship Management)Direct HireRemote, or can work out of client officesPay Target $130k+ Bonus, STI, LTIJob Summary:This is a new position with a 2500 employee company. Someone to lead the organization in customer communication strategy, satisfaction, and loyalty. Work with a lot of analytics tools to evaluate customer engagement with email, SMS, direct-mail, web, and mobile push notifications. Work closely with their retail client/customers to better understand their consumer challenges, and create CRM strategies for increased consumer satisfaction. Work with most technology and operations groups within the company such as Product, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Accounting/Finance.Required Skills / Experience:- 10+ years CRM experience creating and leading Customer Relationship Management programs.
- Experience building loyalty and referral programs
- Expertise in consumer and brand data-analytics tools
- Experience creating customer engagement campaigns
