Job Description: Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6M Contract to Hire

Description:

This role is to support the 1/1 implementation of contact centers in support of new market expansions of the business. The end result will be functioning contact centers with the necessary capabilities to support their providers and patients.In support on 1/1 implementations, you will work as part of a team that is taking in requirements and developing & grooming user stories to ensure client needs are met. Must have great communication, documentation, and presentation skills.• Serve as liaison between business customers and IT• Gather and document project requirements in features and user stories• Analyze, document and improve processes and practices• UAT execution• Write and Maintain Job Aids and Training materials• Perform training for existing and new staff as needed• Perform other ad hoc analysis and duties as needed• Lead and influence telecom delivery with our agile technology teams to identify and support core competencies and key features and user stories• Play an active role in release (Program Increment) and sprint planning, to ensure the requirements are tracked and delivered on time and with qualityExcel, Visio, Powerpoint, Teams, CA Agile/RallyExcellent communication is a must, comfortable with change, ability to navigate ambiguous situations, growth mindset - gets energized new challenges, executive presence - ability to present well to senior executives, resilience and resourcefulness• Experience with service channels - IVR, Call, Web, Email, Social Media• Experience with enhanced routing technologies - Virtual Hold, Behavior Based Routing, etc.• Experience with the Genesys telephony platform• Identifying, documenting and delivering cost benefit savings
