We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative individual that can support our employees in their development as they relentlessly protect our customers. Top candidates have a desire and passion for talent development and can effectively bring that out via eLearning, facilitation, and coaching. This role will be visible to the entire organization and must always lead with a customer first attitude.

What You Will Do:

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Learning and Development, and working as part of a small team:

· Facilitate in-person, virtual and blended training sessions for employees at all levels.

· Design and develop Leadership and Soft Skills Learning programs using sound instructional design practices such as the ADDIE model and applying Adult Learning Principles.

· Utilize multiple delivery and distribution channels including e-learning, web-based, instructor-led, virtual classroom, mobile, and social collaborative learning programs.

· Use instructional design and multi-media tools to provide global learning offerings.

· Create programs, resources, tools and other materials to support learning.

· Consult/Partner with HR and business leaders to identify, develop, and implement learning and development and talent management interventions (engage, grow, and retain).

· Keep current with changes in the field of learning and development and remain proficient at new training theories and techniques.

· Evaluate overall impact and effectiveness of learning programs.

· Provide coaching to new managers, aspiring leaders, frontline leaders, senior leaders, high potential candidates, and to assist in the reinforcement of training.

Qualifications

· Expertise in facilitating leadership and soft skills training including certifications (e.g. Vital Smarts, Zenger-Folkman, DiSC, etc).

· 8 plus years of facilitation experience in both in-person, virtual and blended formats, including a demonstrated ability to engage leaners at all levels.

· 8 plus years of related instructional design experience, including experience developing and delivering content for global audiences.

· Experience in managing a team and comfort around senior leadership.

· Demonstrated creativity and innovation, and a passion for learning.

· Coaching experience and/or certification, a plus.

· Expertise with course authoring software; Articulate, Captivate or similar software.

· Willingness and ability to travel periodically (up to 30%), non-traditional work schedules as needed.
