Help Desk TechnicianSalt Lake City, UT6 Month Contract-to-HirePay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 / hourJob Description:Our client is looking for a helpdesk technician to join their team in Salt Lake City. Your main responsibilities will be to provide phone and remote support to end-users. You will be working in a windows environment and providing software installs and updates. Additionally, you will be working on setups and configurations for new employees and assist with the triage of tickets. Lastly, you will handle basic networking issues and basic troubleshooting issues under the direction of a lead Systems Admin.Required Skills:- 1-2 years experience in a helpdesk role
- Experience with Windows OS troubleshooting (Windows 7, 8, 10, Server 2008, 2012, 2016)
- Basic Network troubleshooting experience (DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, WiFi)
- Exceptional customer service
- Experience with antivirus, software updates, Windows updates, WiFi, TCP/IP, OSI
- VMWare
- Citrix in a VDI environment
- Certifications (A+, Security+, etc.)
