As an electrical engineer, you understand the power behind complex systems and can identify faulty design and possible shortcomings. That knowledge is key when it comes to analyzing and evaluating critical systems designs to ensure they perform safely and reliably.Our team works with the client to ensure systems designs meet U.S. Air Force and DoD requirements for nuclear certification. That's why we need you, an electrical engineer, to help us ensure design and development of weapons systems. We'll look to you to share your electrical engineering expertise through leadership and mentoring junior staff. - Experience with circuit analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience in performing stress, thermal, fastener, or tolerance analysis using manual hand calculations
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with missile and weapons systems
- Knowledge of nuclear certification, Air Force Instructions and Manuals
- Ability to work as an individual, as well as in a team environment
- Top Secret Clearance
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you'll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.
- If this position is listed as onsite, you'll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role.
