Commit your talents to the critical Department of Defense (DoD) mission of nuclear deterrence by helping sustain and improve the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) leg of the United States Nuclear Triad. This position will directly support the Sentinel Program's Command & Launch (C&L) Division. Job Duties:- Evaluation of system requirements related to ICBM codes/cryptography & ICBM targeting
- Evaluation of system requirements related to nuclear command, control & communications (NC3) systems
- Evaluation of system requirements related to airborne launch control capabilities
- Evaluation of system requirements related to physical security systems
- Develop information and technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations and other designated products in support of the customer
- Other duties as assigned
- BS in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering, Physics or Mathematics
- 10 years of directly related experience
- Experience in systems engineering of complex systems
- Experience with requirement management in digital engineering environment
- Experience with requirements traceability from use cases to verification activities
- Experience with configuration control of engineering artifacts
- Must have a current (within last 6 years) Secret security clearance or higher and be able to obtain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable timeframe
- Experience with directly supporting and interfacing with a Government customer
- Experience with Digital Systems Engineering tools (DOORS, CORE, TeamCenter, Cameo, etc.)
- Background in mentoring junior systems engineers
- DoD acquisitions program experience is desirable.
- Ability to understand and work with multiple enterprise-wide systems and software tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communications skills in addition to sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with government customer and company personnel
