Description
- Support design and implementation of complex mechanical equipment
- Demonstrate understanding of electrical system design principle and product configuration control
- Interpret and implement specific requirements and coordinate design evolutionary processes
- Act as a full spectrum leader, able to interpret and implement specific requirements and coordinate design evolutionary processes
- Lead large & complex projects, working with multiple engineering disciplines and the design team in delivering the final product
- Ensure product risks are identified early to mitigate and minimize any adverse impact
- Identify and execute required steps to bring projects to successful closure
- Interface with individuals from various disciplines while performing complex serial and parallel tasks)
- Other duties as assigned
- Education/Training (both required and desired):
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering or science discipline required
- Master's Degree preferred
- Department of Defense Acquisition certifications desired
- Experience:
- 12+ years of professional experience in the required task area
- Experience with the following:
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Cameo Systems Modeler
- Systems Modeling Language (SysML) or Unified Profile for DoDAF/MODAF (UPDM)
- Security:
- Must be a US citizen
- Current active clearance at level Secret or higher issued by qualified US authority required
