Program Analyst (Jr,Mid,Sr, Principle)PAE National Security Solutions, is looking for a Program Analyst , Multiple Levels, supporting the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center at Hill Air Force Base-Ogden, Utah. This will be supporting the Integration Support Contract (ISC) 2.0. Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon systems. Candidate Must have an Active SECRET Level or Higher security clearance at time of application . Duties: • Experience with project mgmt tools/techniques, etc.• Experience performing data gathering and analysis• Experience with cost estimating, cost/benefit analysis, and PPBE process• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. PowerPoint)• Excellent written/verbal communication with experience developing briefings for senior and executive managers• Experience briefing and interacting with executive mgmt, senior leadership, etc.• Staff experience in military, government or corporate enterprise preferred• Experience with interdisciplinary technical teams• Ability to handle ambiguity, difficult personalities, and changing priorities or failure• ICBM, acquisitions and/or sustainment experience highly desirable• Skill set includes ability to perform all stated/implied duties within this tier and those reasonably derived from preceding tier Qualifica tions: - Must have an Active SECRET or Higher
Jr Level Requirements: • BS degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field + 5-9 years' experience; • 9 years' experience equivalent to any combination of education and experience • Provides a variety of routine programmatic support to a project.• Works closely with Project Managers.• Compiles technical, financial, and other project data using various sources for inclusion in reports, studies, or presentation materials.• Maintains tactical responsibility for tracking project requirements.• Participates in special projects as required.• Interfaces with other project personnel and outside parties.Mid Level Requirements: • BS degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field + 8-12 years' experience; • MS degree + 7 years' experience; • PHD + 2 years' experience • Provides a variety of routine programmatic support to a project.• Works closely with Project Managers.• Compiles technical, financial, and other project data using various sources for inclusion in reports, studies, or presentation materials.• Develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program.• Conducts program plan studies.• Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements.• Monitors progress of program requirements.• Participates in special projects as required.• Interfaces with other project personnel and outside parties. Sr Level Requirements: • BS degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field + 10-14 years' experience; • MS degree + 8 years' experience; • PhD + 4 years' experience• Develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned major portion of a program.• Establishes and defines program plan requirements and performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.• Coordinates interdepartmental development of program plans.• Interfaces with vendors and customers and performs extensive research/investigations as required.• Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.• Leads, guides and mentors less-experienced team members.P rincipal Level Requirements: • BS degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field + 15-19 years' experience;• MS degree + 13 years' experience; • PHD + 9 years' experience • Develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for several major portions of a program.• Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.• Coordinates interdepartmental development of program plans.• Interfaces with vendors and customers and performs extensive research/investigations as required.• Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met; arranges modifications as required.• Leads, guides and mentors less-experienced team members.PAE is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
