Job Description
Stellar Senior Living is growing and looking to bring a portion of their legal work in house and is seeking a talented and ambitious lawyer with a couple years of experience in the following areas:
- Real estate contract law - Reviewing PSAs and negotiating terms
- Loss Control - Lead point of contact for any lawsuits, insurance claims, or other litigation involving Stellar and its communities
- Regulatory/Compliance - Annual legal filings and licensing renewals
For items that we don't bring in house, this role would act as the main contact and liaison with contracted legal services and other consultants.
If you areentrepreneurial, great with people and building relationships, and able to learn and figure things out quickly then we want to talk with you.
Qualifications
Here is what you'll need to bring to the table:
- 3-5 years of experience in the areas noted above
- Ability to work independently and make executive decisions - This will be a one man show, and you'll be it.

- Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA Accredited law school
